3 stars for now. It needs a bit of improvement. Also, I would love to have a widget to easily see how much data and a countdown of when I need to recharge my phone.

Service is fine. App just gets worse & worse with time. This version doesn't even work on 2 main tabs with 'can't find page errors' & all I want everytime I quickly log on is just a home page with my data balance & days to next bill. How hard is it seriously? Please, I'm already a customer, provide the basic status info the customer needs upfront instead of wasting their time with an App that doesn't even work or hides away the basic data behind layers of security.

Thanks for leaving us a review Ross, we're aware of the issue and we're working to resolve it in a future update. We appreciate it isn't ideal, but you can still log in and manage your service via our website. -Rhys

App worked just fine before you got rid of the main screen showing the little circle with how much data you had left and how many days remaining. Belong is fantastic value and service (can't believe I've been letting Telstra rip me off all these years - although I believe you're a subsidiary which makes zero sense, but I don't care haha, I get the same signal). Please bring back that little graphic on the home screen, I don't want to have to click into the management settings to see my data!
