The new Berkshire Bank app has worked good so far. Tonight I was able to log in, but had trouble loading my account info. It took a minute to load. Couldn't show my most recent transactions. It showed the following 2 messages. "We cannot load some of your accounts. Please tap to try again." "We cannot load some of your recent activity. Please tap to try again." The balance is not accurate & does not reflect the most recent transactions. I need to check my balance & it's after hours! Please fix!

I preferred the older version; the look of it, the ability to find items, save items, complete objectives quickly and efficiently. I have come to accept this new version, but things are missing that I am not pleased about, such as certain alerts. Alerts use to be so easy to set and to change, and there was the most important alert of all -- the daily balance alert. That's gone, confirmed by a rep, and it's infuriating! I've learned to adapt and make due, but I should not have had to do so.

I have alerts set up to have notifications sent via text for transactions that meet certain criteria. That is supposed to help me keep track of any potential fraud without having to log into the mobile app all the time. The problem is that the text alerts don't come until I log into the app. By then, these notifications are useless!!!
