It is a public electric bicycle-only app operated by Suyeong-gu, Busan, and you can check usage, rental, and return.

※ Closed on weekends, holidays, and rain

01. Download and install the app
① Search for "Suyeong-gu Public Electric Bike" on the Google or Apple App Store and install the app.
② Run the app and proceed with user authentication.
02. Use after unlocking
① Press the blue button under the seat of the bicycle with your hand.
② Press the “Scan QR” button at the bottom of the app screen to recognize the QR code to unlock the device.
03. Battery check and acceleration adjustment
①Press and hold the M button on the handle LCD to check the charge level.
②Press the ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons to adjust the acceleration (steps 1 to 5) while driving.
04. Returning the bike
① Please attach the bicycle to the charging cradle at the return location.
②Check the LED on the left side of the charging cradle.
(It is normal if the green light moves from bottom to top)
③ After attaching the bicycle to the charging cradle at the return location, lower the white handle of the lock under the seat to complete the return.
