The BankFund Digital Banking app provides quick and convenient access to your BankFund Credit Union accounts anytime, anywhere, and on the device that is most convenient for you: smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer.
Access is quick and, most importantly, secure. Our biometric login uses your face to confirm your identity, providing an extra layer of protection. Once logged in, you can review and manage your BankFund accounts, check balances, transfer funds, make payments, deposit checks, send money with Zelle®, set alerts and notifications, and more – all from the app. You can even apply for a loan or open a new account, all while we keep your information safe.
BankFund Digital Banking also includes several additional features, including the ability for credit union members to send secure messages, check their Global Rewards level, and explore a variety of benefits based on their BankFund relationship.

More times than not. I go to login to the app and I have the correct username and password and it just pops up. We're sorry an unexpected error occured, Please try again later. I have to wait several hours for it to work again. This is very inconvenient and unacceptable. **Correction** Desktop website is down too so apparently it just goes down for hours with no notification I called the bank they can't even check. Absolute garbage

For the most part, this app works very well and dependable. Camera for deposits could be better. The adobe scanner camera I like most of all camera apps for scans. It automatically grabs the corners that are needed and takes the picture when it has them all. I think a similar installment would be amazing. It is really annoying to have to do retake scans. The security procedure could be better or maybe I'm doing something wrong. I want to be able to login with my fingerprint. Fast and secure.

We appreciate your feedback and will make a note of it to improve our app in the future. To adjust your settings for Biometrics, please log in, then go to the profile menu and go to authorized device enrollment and enroll your device – that will make the login process quicker and help you avoid multi-factor authentication every time.

Had not been able to deposit checks via the app since Aug. Tried numerous occasions to deposit various checks. Called customer service, and their excuse was there can't be any spaces. That has never been a problem before. It's a problem on their end and instead of trying to fix it, says that it's user error. Since the major update back in Nov/Dec, this app has been riddled with problems. Now I have to drive all the way to DC. Complete inconvenience. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
