Every now and then it fails. You have to keep on updating. For the past one month or so even the updating option is not there. Now absolutely no mail gets down loaded.No help available either from BSNL or X Gen. None of them reply. The only option left to me is to forget about dataone connection and remove dataone from all contacts.

I cannot configure my phone for bsnlmail properly, the login password for desktop login is not possible as no sms to alternate email and mobile are received timely, it take even one day to receive them. Today updated xgen....... Now I cannot again login/setup to it. Each time updation requires to set incoming and outgoing servers, and it could not completely finished stating no connection to server. From 20th my userid was blocked for no reasons and all my emails stored could not be assessed.
