I downloaded this app over a year ago and was using it regularly for morning and evening devotional and enjoying it. There were a few ads for local churches and the like but nothing crazy. At some point they added a ton of extra functionality and way more ads. Not only did the app become almost unusable due to crashing, not loading, tons of ads to sit through, but the final straw for me was one of the ads was for tarot readings. I'm really disappointed in the changes I've seen and am deleting.

It gives you many reminders with a daily verse and devotions and such. However, there are way too many popups for my taste and no way to manage them. Also, there's no way to save or mark verses without paying. There's also no way to busy look up a verse. I went to a better one that allows saving, regular bible reading and only bugs you once a day.

I really like the layout and the controls. The type of ads that are popping up and that fact that there is not an option to donate to remove them is disheartening and frustrating, since they pop up everytime you make a definite action. However, if you can ignore the ads then I'd say you'll love the app. I would like to see notifications added for scripture so like I can get a scripture reminder throughout the day to remind me to stay grounded in the word.
