Okay but the GPS doesn't always get the address right and i have to try and flag down my cab, sometimes walking a block away. It needs a way to manually enter the address. Also, there's no way to schedule a future pick-up. Before the app you could call and schedule a next day pick-up. I need one for very early tomorrow but can't book it until tomorrow.

Works but definitely has some substantial problems. For one, it doesn't let you drop a pin for pickup. The pickup location floats with your GPS location, even though that's not accurate and moves around even if you don't. Secondly, it will often dispatch and assign a cab, but they apparently can't cancel on their end, and so they just sit there and never show up. Happens almost every time I use it, which makes pickup take way longer. I'd also prefer an option to just hail a cab without a dest.

Sometines it works ok but they need to fix some things. There is no way to challenge a fare or request a review through the app and the receipts arrive from a "noreply@" email address. That means when your taxi never arrives (which has happened seceral times since i downloaded it) and yet you are charged the base fare, you have to call, as i did, numerous times, wait on hold for 20 minutes each time and be disconnected randomly, yet nobody can or even knows how to reverse a charge.
