I've never had an account on this app before. Today I tried to create one and it kept telling me that my phone number was "invalid", but somehow my boyfriend's phone number works just fine?? Then I tried to log in to my newly created accounted and it just keeps telling me "unknown error". I was excited to use the app since there is a location near my work. Super disappointing that I can't.

This is the most basic app. It doesn't save anything you tell it to, it is physically incapable of saving the location you frequently order from, it deletes stuff from your cart if you exit the app for too long (5 minutes) and it always asks to save your name and number to your profile EVERY time you are about to place an order. This is one of the most lazy developed apps ive seen so far. Not to mention, it can't even save the drink you always get. It can't even save your card info

I've been using the web app, downloaded this hoping that it would have the feature(s) that I need, but it doesn't. Biggby/app developer, PLEASE figure out how to consolidate virtual gift cards (combine card balances) and delete the empty ones. It would also be cool to see in-app the daily deals that are available at Biggby - what days/times certain promos are happening. Thanks!
