Ratings and reviews

The app is nice. But with some bugs. Not everything working. For example, I can't change the password. it always it says that the new password doesn't match. The field "set your goals" doesn't work, the app just closing if you tap on that. Besides that everything is OK. Choosing food is easy and most of meal has pictures and small descriptions.

Customer service is very good; it's the best thing about PROTEIN. Food quality is good & clean. The flavour in their chicken dishes improved a lot compared to 2023. Meat & seafood: delicious. Some salads may become soggy by the time you want to eat it, because meals are delivered the day before. Desserts are yummy. Some meals may look different than the pictures, but it has also improved. The app is easy to use. Subscription, choosing meals, pausing the subscription can all be done from the app.

This app made my life easy as I don't have time for the gym but I also wanted to reduce my weight , this app was my best ever decision. Will recommend , there food quality is excellent and healthy . There services are quite good as expected and the dietitians very well consult with the customer according to our needs . Changed my life 🙂
