requires a lot of unnecessary info like your name, address, email , phone number. I should just be able to enter the test results and get info I need. but I can't even do that. the submit button is half hidden in the top right corner of my phone screen. I can't even click. tried auto rotate and that didn't work. anyway just go off the bottle and figure what you need. app is broken and requires too much personal info

It's great that the strip testing results tells you what's wrong, ideal range etc. But that's not very helpful if it doesn't also tell you how to fix it. Why not build I water volume calculator, then take the test results entered, and automatically build a shopping cart with everything needed to fix the issues? That would make pool maintenance super easy, and would help you sell product.

No way to enter fractions of feet & after you enter your info.,, it just says to call them. No calculator that I could find. Also, the ranges in the app are not the same as those on the test strip package. The test strips are very hard to read--the colors are too similar. It's basically just a platform for advertising their products. No help whatsoever, but has wasted a lot of time & created a lot of confusion.
