used them for a while without problems but now my money keeps disappearing, emailed them and after weeks of struggling to get answers they just shrugged their shoulders. My money is just missing. Do not trust them they are scammers and thiefs. DO NOT TRUST THEM PLEASE!!!!

Very straightforward. The app is for verification, login and viewing account info. Tranfers are done in the web portal. The basic service is good. No issues with sending or receiving funds, the card or doing online payments. Support is piss poor. If your account is locked for some reason (which they won't disclose), support refuses to help or tell you why, they just close your account. You can only file a complaint using the complaints procedure. Even then it might not help. You've been warned!

THE WORST APP. I was talking to them pretty nice but then they just close my account. I don't even know what's wrong and they can't tell me why because they have the "right" 😒😒. That was the annoying part. I always ask things to them but they didn't verify my account and then forcibly stop it. I just hate how I spend so much time to get verified and I even pay for my ID and guess what? My account got stopped for unknown freaking reason!!!!

What’s new

We've added Google Pay support, so you can digitise your Yoursafe Debit Card. You can also view your Card details in the app itself for your online transactions. And of course the Devs have polished some bugs.
