This review serves as a possible fix for the app crashing when trying to connect the EXO-COM unit. What worked for me was manually allowing app permissions "Nearby devices" and "Location" in the Android settings. Hopefully this works for others as well. The app is unstable and not user friendly. The microphone quality of the unit itself is very bad.

Will not allow me to connect. running a pixel 9 pro on latest firmware. app will not connect to Bluetooth exo com headset for firmware updates, app fails when connected to headset and says permissions denied. all permissions are granted however. please fix, I am unable to update my headset.

The headset is useless if you go above 20mph, the features it claims to have do not work, the intercom is pointless and doesn't pick up half of what you say. The app, therefore, is just pointless. It's a shame, really, I expected so much more from Scorpion. I'll stick to Sena from now on!
