I think not being able to edit account data is very discerning... There is not an option to contact help ... this whole transition to new ownership, systems, and communications has been awful.

I keep trying to log in with one time password. It doesn't load. Trying to add another person and it merges accounts which would be ok but one person sees the app contents and the other just sees nothing

This app crashes. As soon as I try to login, it logs me out. I've reached out to the school IT department multiple times. After two weeks of this, they sent a mass email to all parents in our district, saying the a problem on the developers' side.
