Unreliable. Blackfoot was the best in service and customer service. Those days are gone. The app asks me to reconnect my router almost every time I open it. Now I have paused devices I can't access to unpause. Cool feature, if it worked.

Won't even let me on board my router. Every time I try, it says Uh oh - please try again later. I've deleted my account created a new one, given it a few tries and same result. Absolute trash.

It's great when it works. It would help if I could see the history of things that have connected to my network, and for how long they were connected.
