I like the layout, the colors and the ui, the only reason why i give it a 3 is because i had to reset my password several times and called the bank and reset it with them and it still doesent work. I managed to get in by changing it and adding a finger print which does work, but my normal password still doesent

Some features are not very user friendly. Fingerprint scan that worked good would be nice. Changing passwords occasionally should be a security setting rather than forced on you.

Since when do passwords expire? You've made me change my password, and now everytime I logon, Im asked for text message verification??? Rather irritating. Otherwise it works great.
