app does not provide the ability to pay before the courier receives the order: this can only be done by replenishing the internal account. The payment system randomly changes: sometimes it's Monobank l, sometimes it's another one which does not work properly with Google pay. besides interface contains grammatical mistakes such as "Payed" for the paid receipt.

I have used the service 3 time and most I was pleased for the level of pool professionalism. Until, I had a driver who was not only rude and unprofessional but also bad no regards to safety of his customer. 1. He parked his car blocking traffic 2. He would not assist with a child seat. 3. He put his customers in danger by making her access her child from the left side of the vehicle where there is moving traffic. Highly unacceptable, app is not worth extra expence for such service.
