Together with the Vehicle Management and Control Center Communication Hub modules, the Fault Reporting App supports your employees in recording and forwarding fault reports. The following use cases and detailed processes are supported:

• Creation of a fault report
• Provision of all relevant master data for structured report generation (vehicles, components, irregularity catalog, standard restrictions)
• Support for the report creator by listing vehicle-relevant master data and known faults

• Support for the report creator by displaying the predefined standard restrictions
• Feedback to the report creator on the current status of the submitted fault report
