For the past year I have had to be changing my password regularly, on a few occasions, twice in a day, in order to access my account on BOSL' s online banking. Customer Services was repeatedly informed of the problem and endeavoured to resolve but to no avail. It was not until today when a senior member of the staff engaged me that the problem was finally (I hope) resolved. The problem was that I was using separate passwords for mobile and online banking but they should be the same!

Great app! Very accommodating allows you to pay bills and people with just a few clicks and you see all transactions once enter. It takes a little time to get use to the interface and the explanation for certain fills are vague but once you know what it is, everything becomes easy
