Ratings and reviews

Extremely inconsistent. App worked fine for months and then a new patch comes out and I can no longer see anything in the app or edit anything since it cannot load the data. This exact cycle has happened multiple times. Overall the website isn't terrible. It's not stellar either but it gets the job done. The app is just frankly a bit embarrassing

This website and app are atrocious. It's laughable that the banner on the sign-in page proudly exclaims, "Time is Money!" Especially since it takes minutes to log-in + minutes to navigate + minutes to edit totaling hours of wasted time trying to use this program without any of the benefits promised. None of the widgets are accurate. The calendar is inaccessible through the app and the calendar notifications don't go away. Everything takes forever to load. I can't believe my company bought into whatever was pitched to them, but never mind that. What's worse is the lack of support thereafter. I've brought up some of these points to CORE and they didn't have much to say. Either the sentiment of, "tough, that's just the way it is" or "We'll look into it." No confidence in this program after months of using it. My company is actually still using the previous program to process payroll because of all the bugs in CORE, so, yay! Two programs for one task!

I guess it's some what user friendly even for the village idiot like myself. I mean I know enough about the app to get myself paid . Without it or its abilities (mainly tracking time spent on individual engineering projects) , I wouldn't be such a happy person. So thanks for making me a little richer then a homeless person but not by much.
