PERQ CRM is a lead management and "up system" for furniture stores that replaces paper or out-dated computer based systems with a flexible cloud based system that can be used on most any modern web browser. With PERQ CRM, your salespeople can maximize the value of every lead that walks through the door. The companion Android app gives salespeople an instant view of the up-list and push notifications so they know when to be at the front of the store to take customers. The CRM features enable your salespeople to capture contact information from customers for follow-up calls, emails, and mailings. The task system lets salespeople schedule follow-ups for contacts and work/manage them from a single screen.

Ratings and reviews

(Primarily for battery draw.) As a new user I have not yet developed a process, but my first impressions are: 1) The app is a battery hog ... In an eight hour shift I was given 6 leads and while evaluating & following up with texts & emails the app drew down my battery 50% faster than normal. 2) While there in an option to note a text action, there is no in-app selection option (there are options for "Call" and "Email"). 3) After converting a lead to "Won" or "Lost" the action is not verifiable.

The app is okay however I wish you could send attachments such as photos or business cards with original text instead of having it as a second message. Also, I wish attachments could be added to the mobile app for emails.

Updating. I can install now. However, they're still a few glitches. Entering a contact, sometimes you have to back out of the whole app and restart it to get to the menu.
