Find services that you need from the app’s wide range of service offerings from different service providers within your search radius or through a specific search for professionals. If you wish to find service providers within your location, the app uses Zip Code to decide default location for the Map view.
Create an appointment, check on service provider’s availability and agree upon service rates—all within the app. Appointment screens show status of a service, date, time, duration, service, location and special requests. A view of service provider’s available schedule is also provided, along with grayed out dates that means unavailable for service. The professional’s profile page consists of the services offered, as well as reviews made by other users. Moreover, it also shows status of appointments made (accepted, pending/active, declined, completed) at the History section.
Users an mark service providers as favorite, and even leave a rating and review for other users’ reference. Create and post comments in the community page of your Homescreen where notifications will be sent or use the app’s messaging function to have a conversation with a service provider and vice versa.
