Ratings and reviews

So I've had this insurance for around 8 months and the prices are great etc etc but now not only is the app completely broken but it also showed a payment due for tomorrow (when it's already been paid) but the phone number for the company is now out of service. Seems a bit sketchy and my gut instinct tells me they've been shut down as a company

So far my experiences with branch have been good. The rate seemed to go up pretty quickly. More importantly to the app itself, the community drive app doesn't seem to work on the Google Pixel phones. Which is a problem if you're trying to use it for a discount.

Insurance rates increased over 40% due to inflation. It's now in the realm of every other policy and app out there. Can no longer recommend or use them unfortunately. Not mad, it had to happen eventually, was definitely nice while it lasted.
