Everyone is updated in real-time with push notifications delivered directly to their mobile devices or they can also use the web as well.



You can post maintenance requests to your property and assign to trades. These can be quote opportunities, direct work orders. Once the job is accepted, you can see the trade on the map when they are attending the work and check out the trade profile.

Once the job is marked as completed by a trade, you will receive the invoice. You can simply review the work completed and approve the invoice providing feedback with the ratings to the trade.
