😱 Turning Screen Off works only when you cover the screen, so when you lock you will first see a black screen, and when you cover top of your phone (proximity sensor), screen will really turn off.

🔒 HOW IT WORKS

1. While game is running, expand Android notification area and tap on Play Lock notification - this will put Play Lock on front of the screen, but the game will continue to run in the background.
2. Cover the top of phone screen with hand or by putting it in your pocket and the screen will actually turn off , which will limit energy usage.
3. Uncover screen and double-tap on the unlock button, which is visible in the top-right corner. Enter the unlock pattern if you have set one and Play Lock is dismissed.
4. You can also unlock with fingerprint on supported devices*

* Fingerprint Unlock is available to only limited number of devices after Android Pie, even if they have fingerprint sensor. So if you can unlock with fingerprint - you are in luck; if you cannot - do not blame us.

Ratings and reviews

I've tried your app and it was good how much battery it can save when it's operating, but lately I wasn't using it and decided to uninstall the app but somehow whenever I open the apps that I used to use Play Lock on, the screen keeps turning off when it detects my finger near my camera. Any response or solutions from the devs will be much appreciated.

The app is full with bugs, like auto mode cant be turned off, unlimited mode is never unlimited, fingerprint unlock only works if you wanto unlock the screen right after you locked it and so on. You never fixed it, you put 0 work into this app, and now you make even more limitation, and timer so i have to wait until i can unlock my phone expecting i will pay for it? Like hell. Uninstalled Not recommended anymore

Developer made the app limited to free users without mentioning it. I'm a paid user, and I'm limited just like a free user. I've contacted the devs some time back and they said they will work on it. It has been a long time since and they are not responding to my emails. I'm not getting full functionality of the app I've bought. Thus the review has been changed to 1 star.
