This app doesn't work on my phone anymore. It closes as soon as I open it. It's a shame that when you call the bank for assistance, they tell you to upgrade your phone for the app to work. This is the second time this has happened, and I finally did upgrade my phone, and it worked beautifully, but when this update came out in October, it quit working again. Again, it was suggested I upgrade my phone. I can't/won't upgrade my phone every time Bronco updates their app. Very frustrating!

Every other time I attempt to log in I keep getting an error message saying they cannot validate my information, even though its set to open with my fingerprint, then I proceed to type in the password and get the same message. Call customer service on Friday, they "supposebly" unlock my account. Able to log in that day, and now Monday, a few days later, and Im back to getting the same error messages of not being able to get access to my accounts. SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE!

10/8/20 Since installing the most recent update the app won't open anymore. Deleting and reinstalling the app does not help. Update: 10/25/20 and still this app won't even open! It's as if it's not even downloading properly, as I've deleted and reinstalled repeatedly!
