Few months ago this app suddenly disappeared from the mobile and not visible/available anywhere in it. Every time I have to go through the Play Store to check the bills where it shows 'installed'. What to do to make it re-appear on mobile.

App not Working INVALID CA NO after updating the app recently I'm very disappointed with the recent update to the BRPL Power app (BSES Rajdhani). After the latest update, I can no longer view or pay my electricity bill - the app either crashes or shows no billing information. This is a serious issue because the primary purpose of the app bill management is broken. On top of that, trying to register a complaint via the app also fails repeatedly. What an app! Try to register complaint for no power, it lets you go all the way to filling up the details of CA number and your area but when you click on submit, it says CA number is not correct. Haha!! If the CA number was not correct in the first place, how did you let me go to the next step??? Note: this is not based on one time usage of the app.
