Pretty difficult to find a place in the exact area you want. Once you choose a location you cannot edit it! It's pretty frustrating and makes not to even bother with using the app. Also I can't even login via Google. Or through plain old email. I have to login through social media which is absolutely ridiculous!! This app is straight garbage and a waste of time! Uninstalling!

App is unusable because it's so buggy. Phone number is rejected with no explanation unless you put a country code, even though there's a US flag next to the box. Once you sign up, DC is the only location that's clickable. Settings page is completely empty so no way to change the location... And no, I'm not going to waste time sending a long detailed email to your tech support about problems that should be caught by the most basic possible testing...

The service is awful, on free fall. Over charges by mistake, "not their fault", Promised to have garbage bins repaired or replaced and they do not. Toilet leaking no help, list is endless... AND then, the App is so disfuncional that every time its open, I have a "move-out" or "move-in" form to fill, which isnt correct, this crashes app. Then the chats are terrible, if I hot the attached button the App crash, freezes or reinitialize itself. This happens on Pixel5a /Pixel 6/ iPhone 12.
