I went and started my training, and my phone died wasn't able to finish when I got home. I understand it shows it should only take 30 Mins to do. Tried to connect someone about trying get help to restart app, to begin again. They responded to me and tell me, we only allow 3 attempts to do the quiz, unfortunately we will have to look over your app at this time. I only attempted it twice, the customer service is very poor. Don't know if I would won't to be on a platform with customer service like

Hi Brandon, I'm sorry the communication regarding your quiz attempts was not up to your expectations! Our Hiring Team allows 3 attempts to take the quizzes, giving you an extra boost by giving you the answers after each attempt. Using both the app and texts I'm receiving with weblinks, I've passed all the tests and the equipment check but it keeps taking me back to the test pages which shows I've completed 100%. Sure would be nice to be able to contact someone directly about my status instead of being stuck in this never-ending loop. Can't get past the equipment check page to know what to do next. FRUSTRATING!!

The app is very glitchy. I've been on a delivery and the app goes gray. How can I do the timely steps required while the app isn't working? I can't. Jobs come available and the app doesn't work to put in. I've tried uninstalling, restart and reinstalling. Still not working. Great concept. Not working and that means I'm not working either.
