Ratings and reviews

Difficult to change your camera's location. When using the app in the field, often tapping the location button while trying to move your camera Will give you a bad GPS fix, generally in the nearest city instead of where you are currently. Then if you try to drag the marker manually and place it that way, when you try to save, you'll get a spinner and "updating camera location" message which doesn't complete. Can you please let us just TYPE in the GPS coordinates and save it that way?

Pretty useless so far. Set my camera up where the app says is had a "good" signal. Signal seems to fluctuate anywhere between "good" and "no signal" depending on who knows what. Camera has been set up for over a month. I've gotten plenty of pictures in that time, but they're all of me setting up the camera. They still trickle in almost daily, all dated from the set up day. To be fair I couldn't say if it's a camera issue or an app issue. It's definitely a Bushnell issue though.

Edit: There's no customer service with Bushnell whatsoever!! "Reach out to our customer support" at the phone number provided, which is always so busy that I can't even get in the queue. I've tried DOZENS of times! I can't view, download, or share any of the videos my cameras take. I can request them and it might stay that way for days then always some error message with no video.
