Terrible app. If I log into the website, there are more options, features such as viewing the zone labels whereas the app just shows which zone is open or closed. If I want to bypass a zone, then the list should appear instead of me having to memorize each zone. there should be a biometric fingerprint log-in option for the app and the owner should be able to invite family members who should be using their own login credentials. Right now I have to login into each device. app logs me out.

App not working all of a sudden???... kept getting error "Could not communicate with the server. Please try again." when trying to login to our account access. Please, fix the problem asap... we tried recycling our internet router service & our cell phones and still the same problem persists (January 8th, 2025)... Thanks! 🤔

This app seems to have many issues with the android phones, i use this for work. So it's really inconvenient that I don't have access to my own shop. Because this app seems to be apple friendly only. the last update was three months ago.I'm guessing that's why my new phone won't work with it. no one on the other side, doing network patching, or anything
