I have had trouble with this app before, but it turns out I was not adding enough digits at log in I called the number listed, and the rep was very helpful. This CU has always been the low tech, old school type, but this newly updated app now has mobile deposit and fingerprint log in. I have been able to make mobile deposits and check my balances with little trouble.

What a HORRIBLE app and system!!!! You should be able to make a mobile deposit regardless of the type of account. I was told that I can't deposit because I only have a savings account and you have to have a checking account - after opening a savings with no mention of that information. I already have a checking with Bank of America. I don't like credit unions because they are too restrictive in the features they offer. I cannot recommend this credit union or app to anybody and would advise people to use a financial institution that has more flexibility. I also believe the union should NOT force people into an institution that isn't in their state and without giving appropriate decision making information. In the day and age of electronics there is NO reason (other than laziness and lack of caring) the union could not send to a bank of my choice. As an accountant I am very well versed in how easy this would be.

The user interface is clunky and not terribly intuitive. The app lags significantly when trying to process deposits, resulting in multiple photos and failed deposits.
