Very unstable, randomly keeps crashing, slow to open, and so annoying for the ad-hoc payee need to enter an SMS OTP every time. Also it would make much more sense to add the credit card repayment function in-app instead of forcing to use another app.

Can DBS hire a more professional app writer? It keeps stuck and shutting down.....gosh, this is a banking system not gaming.....people use it for businessese not for fun, you can't let it doom like this! How can we ensure our asset is safe at DBS with this kind of app?
