For 9/1/2022 payment, the app first requested that I change my password and couldn't move forward. After doing so consistently 3 times (changing my password) I still couldn't go forward with my payment. 3 times , I would got this message, "An error has occured, please try again later". I some how though calling the help no., was able to make the payment, although the app hasn't acknowledged it, stating, I'm past due. I am very concerned, and disappointed. I never had this happen. Please advise.

Good, straight forward app. I was moved from one loan servicing company to this one. I registered on their website and it advertised a mobile app. Once registered online, I downloaded the app. It logged in fine with my new account, no issues. It already had my bank account info from the previous servicer. And once I made a loan payment, it shows that info immediately, with new balance and how many payments until the loan is paid off. The app is different than the website, but easy and works!

Breaks my default Android launcher setting. Took me a while to figure out which app caused the problem. Right after I installed this app, my phone kept asking me which launcher to use when I selected the home button. I use Microsoft Launcher instead of One UI. Once I uninstalled this app, my home button stopped doing that. I tried reinstalling Cenlar just to be sure and it made it happen right away. We will just access the info on the web I guess.
