Nice app in theory only. The app does not allow me to enter the meter reading into the app.EVER! I need to call by phone every single month. The customer service rep on the phone says that the app doesn't usually work but they prefer to have the customer call them anyway. She also says that there is a technical help number but that department refers the caller to Customer Service and Customer Service can't help. There you go!!!!!

This company is terrible so it makes sense that their app is also terrible. I have all permissions turned on but it won't allow me to upload a photo of my meter (which you absolutely must do unless you want to pay for estimated usage which is ALWAYS twice the actually usage). an error message states that permissions have been turned off and to turn them on in settings; I've checked it numerous times, they're on. The only thing you can actually do on the app is pay your bill so they get their $$$

This updated app is far worse than the old one. At least you could click the various icons (outages, payment, etc) on the old app, whereas now, you cannot. I had to go onto the website from my phone just to report an outage because I couldn't click it through the app. Absolutely terrible. Make changes quickly!
