Lousy at best, extremely unreliable at worst.i don't know how anyone gives centric fiber more than 2 stars, EVERY SINGLE NIGHT I LOOSE INTERNET CONNECTION!! And I mean EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! Can't wait for more options to become available in my area. it honestly sucks, pretty bad for 1gig wifi. Not worth the price, this is wifi done wrong. I hope someone at centric sees this, from a very dissatisfied customer, do better,do much better please.

This is the dumbest app ever made. I am going to switch to Spectrum out of spite on how bad this app is. And I HATE Spectrum.

Their inability to keep their equipment functional has cost me $1,300 in lost income in the last month alone. The only redeeming quality is that, when functioning, the speeds and general service are good. But in the last 4 weeks, we have had multiple multi-day spans where our entire area has lost internet. In addition to this, their customer service doesn't answer the phone/return phone calls. The "We're On It!" emails stop being charming when their "service" starts threatening your livelihood.
