I don't find you as a customer of ours; there are several Century Bank's in the US. Is it possible you downloaded our app and not your bank's app? We are happy to look into this for you though! You can give us call at 517-278-1500. If you do find you have the wrong bank, we would love for you to remove your 1 star review :)

Hi, based on your similar review yesterday, I need to you give me a call please so we can figure out your issue. You can also go to our website and email us from the Contact Us section, rather than leaving a review.
