For 6 months I cant log in without changing password. It won't recognize my password every single time. I contact the bank itself and they state that it's a user error. "Trying using a phrase so it's easier to remember". I repeat to them it's the app itself and they still state its user error and repeat themselves. Alls I need to do is deposit a stupid check every month and cant have the simplicity of using an app. It's quite "funny" that other people are having same issue as I am!

Much improved! This new version of the app is so much easier to use. I haven't had any glitches since the update. It isn't the best mobile banking app out there but it certainly has come a long way for a small local credit union. I appreciate the ease of deposits and transfer between accounts both within the bank and with my business bank. It would be nice to be able to auto deposit to the CD account but I may just need technical assistance to figure that out.

This is my least favorite banking app. If I can login without having to change my password, it does allow me to do all the basic stuff a banking app should do. The layout is strange. I often accidentally logout when I just meant to change pages, etc. Generally I avoid using the app unless I'm desperate, and honestly have migrated most of my banking away from CFCU due to the inconveniences of the whole institution/app/cust svc etc.
