The Merlot Act application is a contract firefighter's tool. In the application, the user has the option of notifying his own contracted fire department if he is available for a task assigned to his own contracted fire department. From the application, it is also possible to see real-time situational information about the number of registered users and the capabilities of registered users. The application also has the possibility to answer various queries.

Introduction

Implementation of the application requires an agreement on the use of the Merlot Act entity between the service provider and CGI.

The service provider creates credentials for the user. The user will receive an activation link in an e-mail about the activation of the credentials.

The use of the application requires the installation of Microsoft Authenticator.
