Ratings and reviews

I have a lot of makeup/skin care from Charlotte. The reason for my review isn't to do with the makeup but the "reward points" You can spend £400+ but if you don't buy something in a certain amount of time then you are knocked right down to level 1. I was £60 from level 4, & now I'm a quarter into level 2. The amount I've spent is crazy. I've brought La Mer & am going to see if their is much difference as I hate how I've just been dumped down levels after being so loyal to the company. Emailed u.

I have been trying to install and set up the app for two days and receive an error while accepting the terms and conditions. Impossible to progress any further ....

so easy to use the app. everything in groups so very user friendly always gifts and free samples with every order too. love it!!
