Overpriced, inconsistent, and always takes at least 2 hours. The menus are incomplete, and some restaurants listed don't allow them to deliver. I have placed several orders just to find out an hour later that it was canceled and I didn't get a refund. If you have any other options to get food, use the other options. I wish I could rate less than 1 star. Delivery to base is a fantastic idea, but chowcall executed it horribly. Someone, please steal their idea and do it better.

Overall my experience with this app has been horrible. I installed it with the hope of placing an order that could be delivered to me on base and brought to my door, as I'm pregnant and do not have access to a vehicle right now. There is no accountability or contact with the driver as mine was shown sitting at the exchange for 5 minutes, the tracking also malfunctions. I am unable to see where my order is as the map cuts out. I was also overcharged by $20.

Asides from the fact that it takes nearly two and a half hours to get my food consistently, they really need to add more restaurants to the selection. I've got a choice of 5 places, 4 of them are burger joints. Asides that the fees are extremely high. An extra 10 in specified fees (included in the subtotal), driver tip (tbf is optional), and always a mysterious 10 or 20 dollars extra in surprise charges that aren't included in the total.
