This app is great, but it could use a better UI/UX. You have to wait for the end of the month to see your interest. It would be better to see it as soon as it's available, like MMF interest is compounded daily, why not show the interest daily? Pages have irregular padding and alignment. Some pages just have text thrown at you.

The app Is unreliable. Has frustrated me in getting through. Everytime I try logging in, it keeps popping the "check your network connection" this is frustrating especially when you want to access the app to do transactions. I thought this was an effort to ease the process of going to the offices but I think it needs more work!

Just realized the new app was rolled out. Looks good but now unable to even login. Putting the username and password and trying to click login doesn't do anything. Tested with a friend who also got the new app and she also can't log in. Shiny but not functional unfortunately Update: The solution provided worked. Will bump it up to 3 starts as I still think there was a better way to communicate the need to reset the password. A simple notification that "this is a new app and if facing login issues please reset the password". Will save you hours of damage control and frustration

Hi, kindly use the member number as your username, then click forgot password to receive an OTP. Log in and reset the password. If you encounter any challenge, kindly email as via callc@cic.co.ke
