Great concept, horrible execution. They just post loads. That's all. Didn't make $1 in two weeks. Once you accept a offer then it's a 20 min countdown that say pending dispatcher and that time will just run out and the offer is expired. I called to try and figure out what to do to get a load. They basically said they just post the load and it's up to a dispatcher to accept it. When I thought this company was the dispatcher. What's the point of you.

I've been bidding on loads for weeks and didn't get a load yet! I've tried everything! Going lower than current bid, bidding continuously on repeat loads,, calling and texting A&E's dispatchers and customer service, Still NOTHING! At this point I'm super frustrated!!!!! The one great thing about A&E is the constant loads that comes up, if only available, would be Amazing!!!

My experience with this app is bad. A&E Logistics is a double broker app, Predatory. Scammers are running this app. Carriers and drivers, pls stop patronizing and signing up with the app. Their gimmick to lure you, is the payment for the first load delivered for those who are lucky, and then regrets will follow because they will not pay for the rest of the loads. AVOID THIS APP. IT'S LEPROSY.
