Unbelievably bad. I've been looking for a station mapped on the app for 15m, and seen other tourists looking for it, the map ended up to be COMPLETELY off, as on an entirely different parking lot. The first bike (ebike) i took has alsmot no battery left, with the app never mentioning it. The ride felt wobbly, like the bike is about to fall apart. Returning the bike i've got notification that I've returned it at 4AM (which wasn't the case). Hell of a first impression.

Sometimes you can't tell you got a defective bike until you try to ride it and then there's no way to return it and get an alternate bike or a refund. The Android app has a no facility to tell you how much time is left on your rental which is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable - I highly suspect the developers have purposely left out this feature so you either return it earlier than necessary or keep it too long and have to pay the exorbitant overage charges.

Worst app experience ever. First off, it tell you where you current location is. Then when you check out a bike it doesnt tell you how long you are riding for. Barely any information given to you. This Citibike is nothing like the one in New York. There is not enough stations either. I am very disappointed and frustrated that i purchased the monthly membership because now they are charging $50 to cancel it.
