This app went from barely useful at it's core to completely useless when the police don't use it. I submitted a tip two days ago and just got a reply "Unfortunately this tip-line is not monitored 24/7. Please call 911 for issues that require an immediate response.". What is this app good for, then? Duluth should stop wasting money on this service if they aren't going to use it correctly.
