Available functions:
- Management of a single purse with which you can make the purchase of all AMAT products (Bus ticket, Tolled parking, ZTL Pass) and those that will be subsequently released.

- purchase of different types of bus and tram tickets.

- validation of tickets, purchased through the app, which generates a travel document
viewable in QRCode format to be shown at a possible control.

- ZTL management

- activation of a tolled parking for a specific license plate in a specific area.
If not previously interrupted by the user, the stop has a specific duration
from the available credit and, in any case, the maximum duration is 12 hours after which, if necessary, it will have to be reactivated.

This disastrous app appear to be fail to deduct the city fee and I have got fined almost year after. Don't create a city app if you are not able to do properly. Greedy fraudsters.

It works, but it's frustrating. I downloaded the app, bought tickets from it but the bus driver didn't recognize it and the lady at the ticketing office at a tram station also didn't know what to do with it. but what we needed to do was to scan the QR code on the bus/ tram via the app and the tickets were validated, and recognised by the ticket inspector. the app is a great idea, but the fact that few staff are equipped to help / guide you on how to use it is an obstacle.
