App does not accurately provide time of bus arrival. Have been waiting since 10:52 for a bus scheduled to arrive at 11:09. Saw 2 buses dive off as we arrived at stop 19. Time for next adds one minute each minute that goes by. Don't rely on app for times. Apparently they don't run on fixed interval either.

Was told numerous times buses come between 15-20 min depending on the day. Consistently waited 40 to 45, only to call an Uber because I was frustrated, the bus show up finally. Then was chastised from Vi the driver that I was not STANDING under the sign.! After 45 min and me having to call a back up Uber, I was a little irritated. It also cost me to cancel the Uber. If I had known this I would have called Uber for everything. Would have been less money and I would have been able to see more!

This app made traveling by bus much easier. All the busses are clearly visible indicating their exact position. No crashes or glitches so far.
