The app frequently crashes as I'm trying to file a report, which is extremely frustrating and discouraging. In addition, I never receive any reasoning or specifically what action has been taken by the city in regards to an issue I report.

Can report an issue just fine but cannot check the status or use the app for anything else. It just continually loads

This app is pretty good except when i try to add pictures for 311 violations. The app says i need to change permissions but I've alowed everything. Very frustrating. Please fix the attachment issue.
