Took 3 tries to load on first install. When it finally did, no images loaded just broken image links. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and clicked one, it's just opened a web browser to the Harford county website.

While setting up account , a error message stated i couldn't be verified and wouldn't continue. Tried all again with same sad results. WHY DIDN'T ANYONE TEST THIS BEFORE RELEASING? All the many taxes & fees that Harford co. collects, You would think they can hire competent app developers for this. This app is not loaded with heavy graphics or any other technology challenge that would cause hiccups and errors. The app. developers DONT even reply to citizens telling them the app. NOT working.
