Ratings and reviews

When arming away from app, it'll arm in a stay mode. Activity is accessible from keypad and you can even delete it even when the system is armed. (Defeats all purposes of pictures). Alarm reporting is only 1st zone triggered. Alarm notification comes in as regular notification, it should be a bit more alarming. Work in progress, got a lot of potential.

The performance of this app is just raggedy! From day one, it keeps logging me out but not my husband. Every other week I'm having to log back in. Now I can't log in at all! I keep getting server sign on issue messages, but according to Clare there are no server issues. I have Uninstalled, reinstalled, changed my password and restarted my device and still the same thing going on day 4!

The new app layout and design were a bit of a surprise and at first I didn't care for it. However after a day or two I warmed up to it. Now I wouldn't go back. I have had the occasional issue with my thermostats but after contacting Clare support and digging a bit, I've found that it is actually an issue with the cloud service provided by the thermostat manufacturer and nothing to do with Clare. Their support team helped me remedy those issues, all good now. Outstanding support!!
