Ratings and reviews

You get shifts once in a blue moon and the emails/text you get are misleading. Ex: "An office requested you for this day" but in reality, it just fits with your schedule and you need to accept it quickly before others get it. I've been on this app for a month and still can't get any bookings as a DA. I like the feature that lets you see what offices view your profile. The other thing that bugs me is everytime you open the app, you need to confirm your schedule is still up to date.

Has a few issues to work on. You are not able to check your messages between you and other offices if you haven't left a review for offices you've temped at. Or even look at your profile at all. Doesn't have much of a contact in case you need help with something. 30 dollars for a background check but helps your chances of booking more jobs. Giving it four stars because at the end of the day it did help me land jobs.

The app lags a lot. Also, I feel like I'm not protected as a temp hygienist if an office cancels with less than 24 hours before the shift starts. I thought if that happened, I would be compensated at least partially but apparently it's only a $75 fee and that's if you don't get any other offers before the shift starts. Update: now I can't even log into the app. I have to use the actual website. I'm sure it's some kind of bug in the app. So annoying!
